Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We currently deliver to select regions and cities. If your location is outside our coverage area, we will notify you upon order confirmation.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. In some cases, free shipping may be offered as part of a promotional offer.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout. If the delivery fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule.
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID via SMS or email, depending on availability. If tracking is not available, our support team can assist you with delivery updates.
If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
