Returns and Refund Policy

At Shivon Travel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Payment Method

All orders are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD). No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • A valid reason is provided for the return

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos 

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process, including pickup or drop-off instructions where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are processed as follows:

  • If a return is approved and the item is collected, no payment will be required at delivery for the replacement item 

  • If you choose not to receive a replacement, no exchange or refund of cash will be issued, as payment is only made at the time of delivery

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the item, you may refuse the delivery, and the item will be returned to us.
