All orders are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD). No other payment methods are accepted at this time.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
A valid reason is provided for the return
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process, including pickup or drop-off instructions where applicable.
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are processed as follows:
If a return is approved and the item is collected, no payment will be required at delivery for the replacement item
If you choose not to receive a replacement, no exchange or refund of cash will be issued, as payment is only made at the time of delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the item, you may refuse the delivery, and the item will be returned to us.
